Fox Family Dental is currently welcoming new patients of all ages. We want all of your visits with us—including your very first—to be as smooth and convenient as possible. That’s why we’ve provided this page with all of the information you need to get started at our dental practice. If you have any questions, or if you’re ready to schedule your first appointment, please contact us today!

Your First Dental Visit

Once our friendly team has checked you in, one of our assistants will perform a pre-exam and take X-rays of your mouth. You’ll then meet Dr. Fox, who will conduct his own exam and ask you about your specific dental concerns and goals. We can even show you the images we take of your mouth to help you understand our recommendations for treatment. Your appointment shouldn’t take too much time, but it will be long enough to meet your needs without making you feel rushed.

New Patient Forms

To make your time with us as efficient as possible, we’ve made our new patient forms available here on our website. Simply click on the following link to download the forms and fill them out before your appointment. Completing your forms prior to your visit will help us get you checked in and seen by Dr. Fox more quickly.
